Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

WhiteNordics cooperate with trusted Courier Premium Shipping partners. This means that the original supplier has handed the products over to the International Shipping Center, and delegated the shipping responsibilities to the Courier itself. This is a more reliable shipping method than the service of local postal offices or other more expensive services and saves our customers additional expenses.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! We offer FREE international shipping on all our products, send us an email on order@whitenordics.com or WhatsApp us on +4797521288 with the order number, user name or your email if you have any questions regarding your shipping.  Please note, custom duties will be billed to the recipient upon shipment arrival in destination country if this applies to your order, please check your local regulations.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

WhiteNordics deliveries go out the within 2 working days.  For all other International clients this can take 2/3 working days form the time you make your orderPlease note, we do all our shipping with courier service, so we do not ship on weekends or holidays. In a very unexpected case of us not having your item in stock due to system errors, we will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and provide a full refund. Estimated International shipping may take 2/3 weeks.

If the item/s dont´t work, can I return it and get a refund?

Absolutely! We do quality testing on all our products before dispatch. Should there be any unforeseen issues with the item on arrival we gladly accept returns on all orders for a full refund within 7 days from time of delivery (from the day you receive them at your home). All we ask is, for you to return them with all their original packaging, no damages to the product or the box and to seal the box securely with adhesive tape. Items with missing or damaged packaging may be rejected and returned to sender with no refund.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

WhiteNordics handles all payments through Stripe which is a third-party payment processor that enables merchants to accept credit card payments. Using Stripe Payments, we can accept a wide variety of payment options—credit cards, wallets, and international currencies.

How do I place an Order?

WhiteNordics is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply search for your product or browse the categories in our shop or and click add to cart. Create an eCommerce login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel your order please send us an email on order@whitenordics.com or WhatsApp us on +4797521288. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders swiftly and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to be registered to purchase but you will not be able to view orders placed in your private My Account are on WhiteNordics.com. We recommend that you register for easiest possible usage of our services on our webshop.

How Do I Track My Order?

Estimated delivery time will be shown in ‘Order shipped’ notification and ‘My account’. Otherwise to track your order please enter your Order ID in the box on our Order tracking page and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
